Seguramente los amantes de la pizza ya están buscando Ia manera de adquirir estos nuevos tenis de Adidas recién lanzados en colaboración con Ia artista Jen Mussari.

Esta artista estadounidense pertenece a un grupo de 11 mujeres artistas que en conjunto crearon 50 modelos diferentes especialmente para eI público femenino y que representan un Estado especíﬁco de los Estados Unidos.

Just over here adding the last pepperoni to these UltraBOOST X’s! I was given free reign by @adidasrunning to glue, stitch, paint, and of course add fake grass to five pairs to visually represent 5 of the 50 states as part of their BOOST the Nation campaign. (Pictured are New Jersey along with Kentucky, Oklahoma, Indiana, and North Dakota) With the powers of 10 other women artists combined, we covered the entire USA! La iniciativa de Adidas es apoyar eI talento femenino y ofrecer una oportunidad de expresión a las artistas para rediseñar y adaptar el modelo Boost. Según el portal Footwear News, esta colección “fue creada para unir la creatividad con el deporte y reﬂejar la unión nacional”. Reﬁnery29 fue eI encargado de curar a las 11 mujeres que participaron en este proyecto.

Happy 4th of July! ? Taking a one day break from #the100dayproject to share a super fun project I worked on with @adidasrunning #ad—in honor of Independence Day, 10 female artists were each assigned 5 states to create unique designs done directly on a pair of their #UltraBOOSTX shoes to BOOST the Nation. Love that I was able to contribute to a project bringing female artists together to celebrate the diversity and creativity of this country through the intersection of art and sport. The best part is, these one-of-a-kind shoes will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to Women Win!!! A bit of behind the scenes: after doing some research, I learned that each state has an official state gem or stone. Who knew? ??‍♀️ It was a pretty obvious theme choice given that I’ve been doing so much abstract/geometric work recently. Have to say, all the color study I’ve been doing has paid off, mixing colors for these shoes wasn’t as hard as it used to be. (p.s., how did I do on my shoe styling and photography? After I tried a few other things, I tore the bedsheets off our bed to use as a backdrop ?) .
